Back by popular demand, Better Stories by Design is a workshop that gives community leaders a structure within which to build a compelling narrative that inspires people to act.

Storytelling is an art, for sure - but like any other artistic endeavor, it takes a process and good work to begin developing stories. The goal is to create common landmarks around an issue or idea that help to influence behavior. The focus of our discussion will be as much about preparing the storyteller(s) as it will be about developing the components of the narrative. Attendees will have time to craft and share their own stories for critique.

This event is presented by Huron Pines and will be hosted at the Tawas Area Chamber of Commerce, 760 Newman Street, East Tawas MI 48730. Registration via Eventbrite is $25 and available until April 15.
